Pineapple throne chicken. Tasty throwback to this cook I did last year.⠀ ⠀ Now, I’m not sure if that pineapple added anything to the flavor but it’s just a fun and different way to cook a whole chicken. I seasoned this bad boy with @hardcorecarnivore Red and cooked it on the @biggreenegg indirect, at 375 degrees until the breast hit 165 internal. Took about an hour or so.
