John Carter was denied early release from prison. He’s serving 3 years for Katelyn Markham’s death. After the court hearing, Carter’s new attorney Carl Lewis and Carter’s mother, Karyn Winkler spoke publicly saying John wants “them to go out and find the real person.” What was said stunned a lot of people including, Katelyn’s dad, Dave, who was standing nearby.
