It's been several years since I've visited villagers in Laos. This is a Khmu village next to a forest resort we stayed at. The homes here are true to how people live in rural parts of Laos. The fathers or mothers living in the Khmu resort village works right at the resort. I have been here a few times now and it's the sweet people and magical backdrop that keeps me coming back to this resort called Namkat Yorlapa. And no I am not paid to endorse this resort.
