The infamous post SRP bitewing sometimes creates a conversation & my opinion on it is to take it! Not every SRP warrants a post bitewing but I feel as though it’s a very valuable tool especially if the initial FMX displayed a lot of radiographic sub tartar. In most cases your patient is already numb in this appointment so it’s more valuable for you to know if you left something behind that way you don’t have to numb them again when you see them for that follow up appointment.
