🐿It's Red Squirrel Awareness Week!! 🐿 This week, we celebrate one of Britain's most cherished native species, increasing the awareness and the ongoing conservation work. Since the introduction of the Grey squirrel in 1876, the number of red squirrels has plummeted across the UK, leaving only smaller populations in Scotland, North of England and surrounding islands such as Brownsea, Isle of wight and Tresco to name a few. Here at the centre, we are one of the largest breeders of Red squirrels a
