A glimpse into the barnyard this morning… Came out to start on chores and found Lieutenant Dan down for what seemed like the count. Ended up calling the vet because there was no explanation. It’s times like these I’m thankful to have a country vet who answers her own phone on the weekends; she set some meds out on the stoop for me to pick up. For now, he’s gotten a bit of sun, and we’ve done what we can to doctor him and try to give him a bit of nourishment. Shelly (Momma) isn’t all that concern
