You tube premium includes youtube features (ads is one of it), access to YouTube originals (not worth it) and YouTube music (which I use daily), I believe there were some low key things.

Its worth is proportional to your time spent on YouTube. It's absolutely worth it if you watch (or even listen to) a ton of YouTube instead of other things like regular television.
