Jun 19, 2021 · Remove your Sense from the Bluetooth settings. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone. Restart your watch to refresh its performance. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device. Choose your Sense, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.

Activities stopped synching to Runkeeper - Fitbit社区
Jul 30, 2019 · After a walk or a run I used to be able to see that activity in Runkeeper almost immediately after only having to synchronize my device to the Fitbit app. But any activity after July 19th just doesn't show up in Runkeeper! I have already tried unlinking and linking the accounts multiple times but nothing seems to work.
