Oct 1, 2023 · I am an installer at Best Buy. We do have SOP and offer great services. Having said that, for us 3 techs we may have 20 appointments each, 60 total in a given week. We get 2h30m for sub amp installs, $150 labor. If using an LC2i we get an extra 30m and $40 labor for installing and setting that up.

Dec 14, 2018 · Only $500 wasted. yes and no. back in early early 2000's, i had futureshop (former sister company of bestbuy) do an 'install' on a factory cd player as thieves decided to just cut harnesses. they did it for 1 hr of labor, re-pinned all the factory stuff. 0 issues, and wouldnt hesitate to let them do it again.

Oct 6, 2021 · Total Tech comes with things like free amp/sub install, etc. It's $200 to get the membership, but I'm almost 100% positive that $200 is cheaper than what they would charge you to install that stuff on it's own. Nov 12, 2022 · If you bought the equipment at Best Buy, get the total tech plan for $199/year if you buy at Best Buy a lot. It extends warranty on all purchases by one year at least plus all audio equipment installed free if it was bought at best buy. If you did not buy it at best buy, I would either go to best buy or an independent car audio shop.
