Springboks captain Siya Kolisi was spotted in the coaching box during South Africa’s Rugby Championship clash against Argentina on Saturday. It’s not the first time that a Springboks player has joined Rassie Erasmus and his coaching team in the box as Duane Vermeulen memorably did so during the World Cup match against Scotland.

South Africa captain Siya Kolisi will have a new role in the coach’s box during Saturday’s Rugby Championship Test in Argentina having been left out of the matchday 23 for the potentially decisive clash in Santiago del Estero.

Springbok captain Siya Kolisi was always going to travel to Argentina with the national side, and never was in the plans to play unless there was an injury.
