Due to the extreme winter weather conditions that will hit the Houston area this week, the University of Houston has moved some games involving both their men’s and women’s basketball teams.

After running roughshod over the nine opponents that enabled Houston to carry a lengthy winning streak into Orlando on Saturday, the seventh-ranked Cougars needed all 40 minutes to extend their run of success.

Although classes at UT have been cancelled Tuesday because of the threat of snow and ice, conditions are expected to improve throughout the afternoon.
