As of April 22, there are 13 cases in Oklahoma.Unlike Texas and Kansas, Oklahoma does not currently indicate which counties have reported measles cases.

Since about 2020, Rogers County and Wagoner County added 2,000-3,000 new residents on net from out of state. Tulsa County saw a net gain while 5,700 residents moved to other counties in Oklahoma.

In an update Wednesday, March 26, Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) reported 23 measles cases across six counties—up from 10 cases across three counties on March 21.
