After making six appearances for the Los Angeles Lakers to begin his NBA career, rookie guard Bronny James was sent to the G League where he debuted for the South Bay Lakers. Continuing his shooting struggles from the NBA level, James scored just six points in his G League debut, converting on two of his nine field goal attempts.

Bronny James started and scored six points in his first G-League ... “I haven’t been with the team as much as I can to figure out what my role is on that team. So I’m just going out and playing my game and just hooping,” James said.
