Thankfully, we are finally starting to get some updates about when we can expect more consoles to be available. Walmart has recently confirmed that it will have more Switch 2 stock starting on Wednesday, June 25. The only catch is, Walmart+ members are getting a full one-hour head start to buy one before everyone else.

We can’t guarantee you’ll still be able to snag a Switch 2 the old-fashioned way, but it’s worth checking if a local Target, Best Buy, Walmart or GameStop — the four official retailers Nintendo lists on its store page — still has consoles in stock.

The Nintendo Switch 2 launched earlier this month on June 5, and since then, we've reviewed Mario Kart World, Welcome Tour, and the console itself. We have also checked out various re-releases on Switch 2 to see how they run.
