A court hearing is scheduled Friday for the man accused of setting a woman on fire on a New York City subway train and fanning the flames with a shirt as she burned to death. Sebastian Zapeta has been charged with two counts of murder and one count of arson for the apparently random attack,

Prosecutors on Monday charged 33-year-old Sebastian Zapeta-Calil with first- and second-degree murder and first-degree arson in connection with the death of a woman who died after being set on fire in a New York City subway train a day earlier.

A vigil was held Thursday in Brooklyn for the woman who was lit on fire and killed on the F train last weekend.
