KENSINGTON, Md. — A water main break in Kensington has disrupted traffic and temporarily left nearby residents without water.

Rosniery Abady Mejia Magan, 42, of Montgomery, was found dead in the 5100 block of Long Leaf Pine Drive, police say.

The 16-year-old is charged with two counts of capital murder and three counts of attempted murder in the Montgomery shooting.
