The No. 4 UConn men’s basketball team won its 10th-consecutive game in its return to Gampel Pavilion in almost a month, with a routine, 73-57 victory over Marquette. Solo Ball led the Huskies in scoring for the seventh time this year with 17 points and a season-high eight rebounds.

The Golden Eagles have lost six straight games and are 0-4 in the Big East, their worst start to a conference season since the 1998-99 season.

STORRS, CT - Marquette men's basketball assistant coach DeAndre Haynes has not been on the bench for the Golden Eagles' last two games. Head coach Shaka Smart was asked about Haynes' absence after MU's 73-57 loss at Connecticut on Jan. 4.
