WILMINGTON, Del. -- A tractor-trailer cab crashed through a concrete barrier Friday and plunged off the Delaware Memorial Bridge into the Delaware River, authorities said. It wasn't clear how many people were in the cab, which was found in about 20 feet of water, according to the Delaware River Bay and Authority.

Search and rescue units were on scene after a truck crashed into a wall then plunged into the water at the Delaware Memorial Bridge, officials said.

Authorities have located a truck cab that went off the Delaware Memorial Bridge Friday but are still determining how a rescue or recovery mission would play out. Madeleine Wright reports.
