Online fast fashion giant Shein has been struggling to secure approvals for a London listing. U.K. and Chinese regulators have failed to agree on the language to be used in the risk disclosure section of the company's prospectus.

The fast fashion retailer confidentially filed a draft prospectus last week with the Hong Kong exchange, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday.
