Shannon Sharpe is reportedly out at ESPN. After months of speculation, the Worldwide Leader in Sports has parted ways with Sharpe, as first reported by The Athletic.

Shannon Sharpe offered his first comments since ESPN cut ties with him. He hopes it won't overshadow his brother's Pro Football Hall of Fame weekend.

The decision follows his recent settlement of a lawsuit accusing him of sexually assaulting a woman during their relationship. Sharpe's last appearance on ESPN was in late April when the lawsuit was filed.
