SWANVILLE (WGME) – Authorities say a 20-year-old Maine man, who was out on bail for an arson charge, has been arrested again for the same crime. The Maine State Fire Marshal’s Office was called to help investigate an explosion in the back of a pickup truck parked at 1475 Swan Lake Avenue in Swanville that happened on Sunday.
