The man’s wife thought the driver delivering her groceries was an intruder trying to break in, Pennsylvania cops say.

Nicholas Sabo, 43, is accused of shooting the driver in the leg after his wife ordered the groceries on the shopping app without telling him. When the driver arrived, the wife allegedly told her husband that someone was on their property and may be trying to break into their trailer.

Sabo’s wife told him that there was a guy outside on their property, possibly breaking into their trailer not realizing that it was the Instacart driver, Chief Wolfe stated. Det
