Iga Swiatek was beaten by Mirra Andreeva in the semi-finals of Indian Wells on Friday and she narrowly avoided hitting a ball kid in the third set.

Tennis fans are upset after Iga Swiatek displayed poor sportsmanship during her match against Mirra Andreeva at the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells.

Iga Swiatek lamented the windy conditions in Indian Wells following her semifinal exit but also admitted that Mirra Andreeva "played better and braver" and therefore deserved to end on the winning side.
