The NBA Draft lottery took place Sunday, May 10, and the Golden State Warriors came out of it with the No. 11 overall pick. The Washington Wizards won the ultimate prize, drawing the coveted No. 1 overall selection. Heading into the lottery, the Warriors were likely to land the No. 11 pick, with a 77.6% chance to do so.
As of May 2026, the Golden State Warriors are walking a tightrope this offseason. The mission is to keep Stephen Curry’s window alive while fixing a roster that stumbled through a 37-win campaign.
