"Uh, yeah, I've lived in Windsor now for almost 19 years," he said, "and I've been waiting for the train about that long." The system began operation in 2017, but it hasn't always been a smooth ride.

Windsor hopes to save money and become more sustainable for years to come by purchasing all the town streetlights and replacing the lights with more efficient and longer-lasting LED bulbs.
