Despite missing key players and an uphill battle with foul trouble, the Pistons earned their first victory of the 2025-26 season in Houston.

After a subpar season opener against the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday, Duncan Robinson bounced back in a big way with 17 points on 5-of-9 shooting, 4-of-8 shooting on 3-pointers.

The Connally Cadets marched into Robinson on Friday night and got court-martialed by the Rockets, 41-27, in a game that was all lift-off and no landing for the visitors.

The Knicks will be without two stars against the Cavs on Wednesday night. Josh Hart and Michell Robinson have already been ruled out.
