Two Pennsylvania state police officers were shot and remain in critical and serious condition while responding to a retail theft in Franklin County.

Columbus Police have an ongoing death investigation stemming from an overnight shooting at a residence in the 1600 block of 17 th Street.

Lewis Macleod, 36, of Hadleigh Road, Sunderland, appeared at Inner London Crown Court on Monday, where he was charged with manslaughter in connection with Michael’s death.
