The BCCI has retained the same squad of the first Test for the second and final outing against Bangladesh. The BCCI issued a press release, hours after India's 280-run victory over Bangladesh on Sunday confirming the same. The second Test will be played in Kanpur from 27th September.

Team India attained a thumping 280-run win over Bangladesh in IND vs BAN Chennai Test, gaining a 1-0 lead in two-match Test series. As they turn their attention to IND vs BAN 2nd Test, BCCI announced that the same Indian squad will be retained for the series finale with no changes.

India have gone with unchanged squad for the second game as well, but with considering India’s long test season, which includes five-match away tour of Australia later this year, we feel the BCCI should’ve rested three stars, who will play a major role in the upcoming matches.
