It’s this blending of K-drama tropes and American teen soap campiness that makes “XO, Kitty” different from other young adult shows. This completely unserious but fresh fusion of genres is also what makes it fun to watch, as does the never-ending drama.

Some couples have matching or coordinated outfits, but Yuri and Juliana gave a masterclass in personal style. Yuri’s look is preppy and fun, with a unique way to include a pop of color. On the flip side, Juliana leaned into color with a bright neon green sheer top, but her signature layered necklaces were what really made the look.

Alex, the adorable Australian teacher who supported Kitty throughout season one, is barely in season two at all, and even Yuri feels less important to the story by the time this shorter run comes to an end.
