Ohio State coach Ryan Day says there's still some shuffling along the Buckeyes' offensive line ahead of their Aug. 30 season-opener. Some of that the coaches credited to a new emphasis this preseason: players learning primary and secondary positions.

When Ohio State and Texas do battle in the 'Shoe on August 30, it will mark the first time a No. 1 team opened the season as an underdog.

The Buckeyes will host Texas, the No. 1 seed in the AP Poll that was released on Monday. Ohio State was rated No. 3 behind Penn State. But while the Buckeyes were not given No. 1 status, even as defending champions, they’ll still enter the star-studded Aug. 30 matchup against the Longhorns as favorites.
