Dallas Mavericks minority owner Mark Cuban sounds fairly bullish about his team’s chances in the upcoming NBA season. In a recent interview on the SiriusXM NBA Radio channel, Cuban was asked if he thought the Mavs could compete for an NBA championship in the upcoming season.
Mavericks forward Cooper Flagg, the league’s top pick weeks ago, had already played in one Summer League contest. Spurs’ guard Dylan Harper, who trailed Flagg at No. 2, had yet to don a San Antonio jersey. Both players performed well, with Harper on a minutes restriction.
