The Las Vegas Raiders' minority owner, Tom Brady, was around the team this past week. Head coach Pete Carroll spoke on the importance of having him around the team.

Soon to be the oldest head coach in NFL history, Carroll is bringing the same fire and passion to Las Vegas that he's always had.

My expectations are about as high as they can get,” Carroll said the day before camp began. “There's no limit. We're going for it.”
