FORT SMITH, Ark. ( KNWA/KFTA) — Fort Smith police are looking for a pair of missing teens on Nov.11. According to police, Navon Patterson, 13, was last seen in the area of 21st Street and Dallas Street. She is wearing black leggings, an orange shirt, and a pink backpack.
