Chelsea's true feelings on Alejandro Garnacho have been revealed amid concerns over his character, and two things must happen first before a transfer to Manchester United can take shape

Chelsea have done some good transfer business this summer already — incoming and outgoing — but we may not be done even after Jorrel Hato and possibly Xavi Simons sign as well. According to the Telegraph, we’re also still “expected” to make an offer to Manchester United for Alejandro Garnacho, who remains out of favor there.
