Boxing champion Gervonta Davis was arrested on battery and domestic violence charges and booked early Friday into a Miami jail, Miami-Dade County records show.

Davis, a 30-year-old lightweight known by his nickname “Tank,” was taken into custody on a misdemeanor battery charge in Miami Beach.
