A:
They didn't appear to be when I was there. They all seemed to be relaxed and contented. Perhaps contact directly for an answer on that one.

Entering the farm is free of charge, i dont think you can ride them

It's free and you may even ask for free camel milk.

I think you can go at any time , although its not lit at night so best to go before sunset- basically you just park the car and wander around
