Lincoln Township is a civil township of Midland County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 2,497 at the 2020 census. The township is in central Midland County, bordered to the southeast by the city of Midland, the county seat, and to the west by the village of Sanford. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 23.4 square miles, of which 23.3 square miles are land and 0.1 square miles, or 0.41%, are water. The township is drained by tributaries of the Tittabawassee River, which crosses the township's southwest corner.
